Our ApproachConsultation  Exlayer is an IT firm who can provide consistent services throughout consultancy, design, implementation and post implementation support. We in particular focus on Check and Act phases out of the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) circle that ISO 9001 or ISO27001 recommends, repeating small circles to make a larger circle until the customers’ satisfactory acceptance. Design and Implementation Quality design and implementation is the common sense part of system integration. Exlayer promises a very high quality of service during both design and implementation phases. Support Service Exlayer is fully aware as to how important post implementation services are to the corporate IT environment. It is reported that 70% of Total Cost of Ownership is usually allocated to the support and maintenance of a system. The overall running of an already implemented system is somehow considered less strategic or of a lower priority. It is our belief that “support” is the most important part of a system’s life. Our systematic approach to these areas are based on our ISO9001 quality management methodology, we are also implementing the recommendations of the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library).
