exlayer.NET Managed Service

Also, some larger organisations prefer their systems and operations to be outsourced.

exlayer.NET Managed Service is the answer to these demands, with a highly equipped datacentre in London's Docklands and engineering offices in the City of London.

Complete Outsourcing

exlayer.NET does not require delivery of equipment or other hardware to the customer's office. All we need is an exlayer.NET managed firewall at the customer office and an Internet connection. Customers can instantly enjoy the latest secure technologies and systems that exlayer.NET provides, over an IPsec VPN.

There are no initial one-off costs and no internal resources required to utilise the new technologies. Exlayer understand that business professionals should concentrate on business, not IT.

Support Philosophy

Everyone talks about SLA. In real life you may have experienced waiting for 15 minutes just to log a fault call. You might then have had to wait another two hours to get a call from technical engineer and explain the problem again from scratch. You may have had to wait another two days to get a proper response and the problem sorted. This is the typical service level customers have to bear in this country.

Exlayer is different. Our 'face to face' policy is key to our approach with customers. Our engineers prefer providing on-site services instead of remote service or telephone support. We assign a dedicated account manager to all customers whether they are a large company or a one man band.
