Documentation Exlayer will produce and maintain documentation throughout the project period. All documentation will be stored electronically, securely and made available as required.
Engineering It is paramount that all IT equipment is properly disconnected,securely relocated, reconnected and thoroughly tested at the new location. Exlayer are able to provide necessary engineering personnel for any relocation period, typically weekend work. All engineers are fully trained in systems engineering and can actively provide troubleshooting expertise in the event of any problems. This same staff will provide on site attendance during the first period of live operations and are therefore immediately available to attend to any issues arising. Resourcing The assigned Exlayer Project Manager assumes full responsibility for the project, start to finish. The duties include close liaison with the client’s project team and to ensure that the project is delivered in a way that will exceed all expectations. The Project Manager is contactable 24H 365D throughout the term of the project. Exlayer Site Managers ensure that all on site IT workers comply with the relevant health & safety policies and will assist in providing engineering support services whenever necessary.
